Dr. Priscilla L. Partridge de Garcia is a multi-faceted
renaissance woman who channels her creative energy
in many ways, including as an artist, clinical
psychologist, media personality, teacher, management
consultant, fund-raiser and community leader.
Dr. Priscilla is passionate about her family, living by
her Christian values, helping others, Disney and USC.
Through each aspect of her life, Dr. Priscilla exhibits
how individuals have the power to create their lives.
She is an entertaining speaker and workshop leader for
business, industry, and non-profit organizations.

Throughout her life, Dr. Priscilla has actively served the communities in which she resides.
She has served on numerous community and Non-Profit organization Boards of Directors, including Tennessee Performing Arts Council, Casa Pacifica crisis & residential home, and the Board of Regents at California Lutheran College.
Passionate about Fine Art and Women’s independence, Dr. Priscilla collaborated with 20 other women to fund and bring the US premiere of the Women Beyond Borders (www.womenbeyondborders.org) exhibit to the FRIST Center for the Visual Arts in Nashville, TN.

Community Hero
Dr. Priscilla formed a non-profit organization which provides scholarships, Thanksgiving Food Baskets, children’s clothing and toy gifts during the holiday season, and mentorship to women re-entering college to obtain higher-education degrees.
The foundation funds the Priscilla Partridge de Garcia--Re-Entry Scholarship at Oxnard College. While Re-Entry Director at Oxnard College, Dr. Priscilla helped more than 2500 students returning to higher education by providing counseling, coaching, workshops, and other classes. Community Hero
Dr. Priscilla has led and contributed to many humanitarian projects.
United Way nominated Dr. Priscilla to carry the Olympic Torch during the relay leading up to the 1984 Olympics held in Los Angeles due to her being its only Ventura County hero serving on United Way’s National Ethics Board.
The honor is one of many that Dr. Priscilla cherishes.

Author, Speaker, and Media Personality
Dr. Priscilla is an international and regional Speaker; Radio and Television personality; newspaper columnist; and author of Guilt-Free Parenting and other self-help articles and electronic books. She is often asked to speak about PTSD, Stress, Life Transitions, and the Aging Brain, and is known for inspiring women to feel empowered.
For more than 30 years, Dr. Priscilla has made media appearances and created media content. She hosted both Psychology on the Line (KTIE) and The Visionaries on cable television in Tennessee and Jones Cable in Oxnard, CA and Ventura, CA. Additionally, she has repeatedly appeared as a Mental Health Commentator and Post-Traumatic Stress Disease (PTSD) as well as Substance Abuse Recovery expert on programs including Jones Cable national series Millenium.
