The Artist
Watercolor is Dr Priscilla’s favorite fine art medium. She also uses pen, watercolor pencil, and collage in her art. Each piece incorporates a symbol of the Holy Spirit.
“Divine Soda Pop” is her artist identity, which was given to her due to Dr. Priscilla’s zest and the whimsical and inspirational images she creates.
Dr. Priscilla began studying art a young age and continued to do so while teaching design, graphics and journalism. In the late 1990s, she studied watercolor in Ventura, California with Jan Turner, then continued developing her technique while residing in Nashville, Tennessee during the 2000s under the guidance of her muse, water colorist Gail McDaniel.
Her watercolors have been exhibited in California and Tennessee, and are owned by Bettina and Otis Chandler, Martha Ingram and many other art collectors. Click on The Store to view and purchase giclees, greeting cards, tiles, tote bags and other products containing Dr. Priscilla created images.
